			BioRexis Pharmaceutical Corporation BioRexis develops novel, long-acting versions of known biopharmaceuticals using a proprietary protein engineering technology. The company's products can also be produced in highly efficient, yeast-based manufacturing systems. BioRexis was acquired by Pfizer in February 2007.

			Synageva BioPharma Corp. 			Estech Estech has developed a broad portfolio of innovative medical devices and disposables that target three cardiac surgery disciplines: surgical RF ablation, valve replacement or repair, and coronary artery bypass grafting. The company markets its products through its U.S. direct sales force and in more than 30 countries through its international distributor network.

			Vidacare Corporation Vidacare is the leading developer, manufacturer and marketer of advanced intraosseous access technology for multiple diagnostic, monitoring and therapeutic applications. Vidacare products are marketed in over 50 countries worldwide.

			Sirion Therapeutics, Inc. Biopharmaceutical company pursuing the discovery, development, and commercialization of products addressing unmet medical needs in the protection and preservation of eyesight. Two of Sirion's products were acquired by Alcon in March 2010; a third was acquired by Bausch & Lomb in June 2010.
