Adams was acquired by Reckitt Benckiser in January 2008.

			Adiana, Inc. Adiana is developing a permanent non-incisional contraceptive device for women. Adiana was acquired by Cytyc Corporation in March 2007.

			Aldagen, Inc. Aldagen has developed a proprietary technology to isolate adult stem cells that express high levels of ALDH, referred to as ALDH-bright, or ALDHbr, cells.

			Atritech, Inc. Atritech is a medical device company developing a novel implantable system to prevent stroke in patients with atrial fibrillation. Atritech was acquired by Boston Scientific in March 2011.

			BioBehavioral Diagnostics Company BioBDx manufactures and markets the Quotient System, a tool that aids in the objective and accurate assessment of neural control functions related to deficits in inhibitory control. The first FDA-cleared application of this platform technology is for the objective measurement of hyperactivity, impulsivity and inattention as an aid in the assessment of attention-deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD). The Company is dedicated to providing physicians, families and patients with high-value information to guide personalized strategies and to enhance quality of life for patients with ADHD.

			BioRexis Pharmaceutical Corporation BioRexis develops novel, long-acting versions of known biopharmaceuticals using a proprietary protein engineering technology. The company's products can also be produced in highly efficient, yeast-based manufacturing systems. BioRexis was acquired by Pfizer in February 2007.

			Coherex Medical, Inc. Coherex is a medical device developer focused on addressing patent foramen ovale ("PFO") closure as its initial target. PFO is a common heart defect that occurs in approximately 20% of the population.

			Estech Estech has developed a broad portfolio of innovative medical devices and disposables that target three cardiac surgery disciplines: surgical RF ablation, valve replacement or repair, and coronary artery bypass grafting. The company markets its products through its U.S. direct sales force and in more than 30 countries through its international distributor network.

			Genoptix, Inc. (NasdaqGM: GXDX) Genoptix provides the full range of personalized medicine services to hematologists and oncologists to enable more informed management of cancer patients from diagnosis through treatment and follow-up.

			Ikano Therapeutics, Inc. Ikano Therapeutics, Inc. (ITI) is a specialty pharmaceutical company focused on developing innovative therapeutics, with an emphasis on products treating disorders related to the central nervous system (CNS) for which there is proven, unsatisfied consumer need. Ikano was acquired by Upsher-Smith Laboratories, Inc. in November 2010.

			Impulse Monitoring, Inc. Impulse Monitoring provides intra-operative neurological monitoring during invasive surgical procedures, particularly in spinal and cranial surgery. Impulse Monitoring was acquired by NuVasive, Inc. in October 2011.

			LivHOME, Inc. LivHOME is the nation's largest provider of professionally led at-home care for seniors. The company is dedicated to finding solutions that enable older adults to remain in their homes as long as possible.

			ReVision Therapeutics, Inc. A spinout from Sirion Therapeutics, Inc., ReVision is an ophthalmic biopharmaceutical company developing a novel, small-molecule drug for the treatment and prevention of dry age-related macular degeneration, a $1+ billion market.

			Sirion Therapeutics, Inc. Biopharmaceutical company pursuing the discovery, development, and commercialization of products addressing unmet medical needs in the protection and preservation of eyesight. Two of Sirion's products were acquired by Alcon in March 2010; a third was acquired by Bausch & Lomb in June 2010.

			SupplyPro, Inc. SupplyPro designs, develops and sells proprietary, web-enabled point-of-use dispensing applications and solutions that provide secured management of inventory and related assets, automatic transaction tracking, and electronic reordering for industrial and office environments.

			Synageva BioPharma Corp. (Nasdaq: GEVA) Synageva BioPharma Corp. is dedicated to discovering, developing and commercializing therapies for patients with rare conditions and unmet medical need. The company has developed a pipeline of therapeutics for underserved populations and has assembled a management team with a proven record of delivering orphan therapies to patients with need. Synageva went public in November 2011 .

			TransMolecular, Inc. TMI is a biotechnology company committed to discovering, developing and commercializing novel and proprietary drugs to diagnose and treat human cancers having inadequate pharmaceutical alternatives. The company has built a strong technology platform around targeted therapeutics that bind only to specific cancer cell types. TMI was acquired by Morphotek, a subsidiary of Eisai Pharmaceuticals, in March 2011.

			Valeritas, Inc. Valeritas is a medical technology company committed to developing and commercializing innovative drug delivery solutions that contribute to clinical and humanistic outcomes for patients, with an initial focus on the treatment of diabetes. Valeritas' medical technologies portfolio is headlined by the h-Patch technology. The first use of the h-Patch technology will be the V-Go disposable insulin delivery device for continuous delivery of insulin at a preset basal rate for on-demand bolus dosing around mealtimes.

			ViaCell, Inc. ViaCell is a biotechnology company focused on enabling the widespread use of human cells as medicine. The company is developing a pipeline of proprietary stem cell product candidates intended to address cancer, cardiac disease, and diabetes. In addition, ViaCell's reproductive health business unit commercializes ViaCord®, a product that offers expectant families the option of preserving their babies' stem cells from umbilical cord blood. ViaCell was acquired by PerkinElmer in November 2007.

			Vidacare Corporation Vidacare is the leading developer, manufacturer and marketer of advanced intraosseous access technology for multiple diagnostic, monitoring and therapeutic applications. Current products include the EZ-IO® Vascular Access System, the OnControl Bone Marrow System and the OnControl Bone Access System, and applications include vascular access, emergency and disaster medicine, oncology and spinal surgery applications. The EZ-IO® is used by 90 percent of U.S. advanced life support ambulances and over half of U.S. emergency departments, as well as the U.S. military. Vidacare products are marketed in over 50 countries worldwide.
