In reviewing investment opportunities, we consider the following criteria:

• The credentials and track record of the management team, analyzing its strengths and possible need for additional management resources.
• The company's business plan and corporate strategy.
• The possibility of accelerating the company's future growth through, for example, the addition of new proprietary technology or the enhancement of marketing or distribution activities.
• The plan for maturation and ultimate liquidity of the investment.
